• Group Sessions (based upon specific capability/need)

Allied Health Service:

As an Allied Health service, we accept both private and government funding including DVA, NDIS and Medicare.

What to expect on your first visit:

Upon booking your appointment you will receive a general health questionnaire application form to be completed prior to your session.

Your first session will take 1hour to complete which will include an interview of your current conditions and medical history along with testing to understand your current fitness level.

The next session will be to work on exercises for both the clinic and for you to continue at home.

Attending the clinic we recommend you wear gym attire – suitable footwear and clothing for ease of movement.

We would also recommend that you bring a towel and water for all sessions.
